Refund policy
Due to the nature of the items being purchased, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You must contact me within 72 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your item due to a error on my part. If the issue is my fault I will fix at no charge to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
